PAD machine for PI-F10110(equivalent to Kapton FN616), material can be
packed on TRAVERSE PAD for min.width 4mm.
Type PI-F, eqivalent to Kapton
FN, a Type PI-H film coated on one or both sides with Teflon® FEP
fluoropolymer resin, imparts heat sealability, provides a moisture barrier,
and enhances chemical resistance. PI-F is available in a number of combinations
of polyimide and Teflon® FEP thickness.

Note:
1. The first two digitals in the PROFMA TYPE stands for FEP thickness
(mil) and third digital stands for basic PI thickness(mil),the last two
digitals stand for FEP thickness. For example,PI-F00150,first two digital
0 means no FEP coating,1 means 1 mil of Polyimide film,50 stands for 0.5mil.And
PI-F50150,first 50 stands for 0.5mil FEP coating,1 is 1mil thick Polyimide
film, and second 50 means 0.5mil FEP coating.
2. FEP thickness can be 4-12.5microns according to customers requirement.
3. FEP coating service can be provided for unregular PI thickness.
